The 100 Days of Cleveland blog has received a lot of press in the last month. I was interviewed on NPR's Around Noon segment on ideastream, featured in the Plain Dealer by Connie Schultz, and mentioned in Michael K. McIntyre's blog, Tipoff. I've also gotten a lot of wonderful emails. Thanks for the support, everyone! (the drawing above is a new favorite of mine)

The 100 Days of Cleveland blog has been coming along steadily! I've had a lot of fun visiting old favorite places, being introduced to new places, and just appreciating Cleveland overall for everything it is. Prints are now available online at www.juliaincleveland.etsy.com!

I recently did a cake topper for a friend's wedding. I'm not responsible for the amazing clothes (I can't sew like that!) but it was still fun to design, paint, and assemble it all together. (photo credit: James Liao)

Priscilla Ahn's new album When You Grow Up has come out in stores! I was so excited to catch Priscilla perform one of her beautiful new songs on the Jay Leno show recently- you can find it on youtube if you missed it =) Working with Priscilla, Gordon and Hayden went so smoothly and I'm really happy with how the art came out. For some reason, I'm most excited about the cd itself - this is the first time I've gotten to design a cd, and I love how it turned out with the combination of no ink / silkscreened waves. You can find the CD online at amazon - click here to buy it. And last but not least, props to Sarah Fritzler for a great poster design! I really love her origami bunny =)
I've also been working on a new blog and sketching here and there:
